When you join Togather, you'll need to submit a number of documents that demonstrate you meet our requirements to trade. If you are approved to participate in Togather Live events, you will need an additional set of documentation. You can manage your documents under 'My Account' -> 'Account Settings' in your dashboard.

Details on which documents we need for all suppliers and the requirements for each are below.

Togather Supplier Documentation - All Suppliers

Public and Employers’ Liability insurance

Your document must:

  • Have an expiry date over 30 days away 

  • Be in your Business Name/Owner Name (as registered on your Togather profile)

Food Hygiene Training Certificate

Your document must:

  • Be minimum Level 2 

  • Match Business Name/Owner Name

  • Be from an organisation with official accreditation from NCASS

  • Be dated within the last 3 years

This is required for food & drink suppliers only.

Food Hygiene Rating

Please provide the URL of your rating on the FSA (or FHIS) website. This is required for food & drink suppliers only.

Your rating must:

  • Match your business name (as registered on your Togather profile)

  • Have a rating of 4 or 5
    or

  • Pass (if located in Scotland)
    or

  • Awaiting inspection

Personal Alcohol License

Your document must:

  • Match your business name/owner name

This is only required for suppliers serving alcohol.
