What happens if I change the date of my event and my supplier isn't available for the new date?

We know plans can change, so the first step is to message your supplier through your Togather dashboard to let them know your new date or time. They’ll check their availability and let you know what’s possible.

If your supplier isn’t available for the new date, don’t worry- our team will step in to help. We’ll look for suitable replacement suppliers and guide you through transferring your booking if you’d like to move forward with someone new.

A quick note about timing

If you request a date change within 45 days of your event, and your supplier can’t accommodate it, this will need to be processed as a cancellation. A percentage of your booking may be retained to cover your supplier’s lost work.
