What happens if I need to change my guest numbers?

No worries, this is really common, and your supplier will always let you know what’s possible!
Just message your supplier
Send them a quick message through your Togather dashboard with your updated numbers.
If you're increasing your numbers
If they can accommodate it, your supplier will send a new quote for the extra cost.
You can pay for this in full, or — if your event is more than one month away — set up a second payment plan.
If you're reducing your numbers
If your supplier agrees, they’ll send an updated quote for the new total.
Once you have it, just let us know and we’ll switch your booking and arrange any refund you may be due.
