Supplier cancellations are extremely rare, as we only work with trusted, vetted professionals. But if something unexpected does happen, you’re fully protected.

All payments made through Togather are held safely in a third-party protected account, and are only released to the supplier after your event has taken place.
This means if your supplier can’t attend, your money is never at risk.

With around 2,500 suppliers on the platform, our team will step in straight away to find suitable alternatives. We’ll guide you through the options and make sure everything is transferred smoothly so your event can still go ahead.
