Yes, absolutely, we encourage it!
You can message suppliers directly from your Togather dashboard to ask questions, check details, or get a feel for whether they’re the right fit.

You can also speak on the phone using our built-in calling feature:

• If you’ve added your phone number to your account, you’ll see a Call button in your message thread

• We’ll call you first, then connect you to the supplier

• Your number stays private — calls go through the platform

• If a supplier calls you, you’ll hear a short message letting you know it’s a Togather call before you’re connected

Once your booking is confirmed, you’re welcome to share your direct contact details (like your mobile number, email, or full event address) so your supplier has everything they need for the day.
